  2. With all this breaks i drink to much coffee.

  3. It was a very good Gout Deffence game! โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ™ƒ

  4. So what happened with the rice cooker??

  5. Didn't see the thing by the 1. With all humility, I'm just curious. Do we know if he cheated or not?

  6. Disconnecting is SO "bush league".

  7. Nelson, can you play some times first move the b3 or g3 (b6 or g6)

  8. Is it only me who thought the 99% game was gonna be the best and then… boom that wild last game. Such a beauty! Thank you, Nelson, take care, man.

  9. Hey Nelson, any tips to find combos better or perhaps do you have a course on this?

  10. 7:11 Nelson, I think Rd8 is interesting idea. Next move is Rxd4 If white play Ke3 then you play (Stockfish say Nh6)

  11. 9:57 Nelson, good idea is also play Rb3+ and then Nb4 attack Ra2

  12. I'm glad you are getting better Nelson. good video as always.

  13. Do the 20 straight pawn moves offense! ๐Ÿ™‚ jk, thanks for this series!

  14. 0:40 Game #1

    13:48 Game #2

    25:00 Game #3

    42:04 Game #4

    ——-

29:35 I've read that masters will simply not see bad moves, like intermediate players will not see illegal moves.

36:41 And after Black captures the rook and promotes the pawn to a queen, it's check, and he STILL gets the white bishop.

52:19 Maybe the Game Review totals up the blunders, etc.

53:02 The Bxf2+ is the Spanish Inquisition!

53:41 Nelson: "Look for mate." Stockfish: "It's mate in 12."

56:45 "It's easy to play logical moves and still mess it up." That's the problem I'm having with lichess's puzzles. And they only give you one chance to get the complete solution.

    57:14 It's because … Bb7+ allows … Nf5+; … Bf5+ doesn't.

    Yes!

57:55 … Qxf3+. It loses the knight, but … g6+ draws the king closer to Black's side.

    Yes!

    59:20 … g6+

    Oops.

  15. Way too many people watching the game with Stockfish open.

  16. Wish You a speedy recovery and a good health and a sweet life, and once again, thanks for Your efforts making chessplayers of NOOBs, You are the very best ressource on Youtube for newbies, no-one above or beside You….

  18. Hey nelson, loving the series still, would be intrested in seeing you play some incrament chess???

  19. 4:56 …Qf5 threatening to double f-file Ps and leaving White with inferior Ps & down a piece, perhaps?

  20. I enjoy your videos,. I am a beginner, have been playing for less than year and have dropped from 660 to 408 in a week, so obviously I need all lot of help. I need some advice, would it be better for me to play 30 minute games or continue to play 15/10 minute games? I am on a fixed income so I canโ€™t afford individual lessons. Please respond with your thoughts.
    Thank you.
    Jack

  21. Could you please play a King,s Indian defense with king side attack. These e4 e5 feels boring

  22. 49:00 if you know youโ€™re moving the knight, just do it and maybe you donโ€™t have to calculate the whole second line, save the time

  23. Usually, what I do is use my intuition to come up with different moves, and if I come up with more than one good move, that's when I start calculating. Of course, I'm always calculating to avoid blunders, but I only spend time to think when I have options.

  24. Hi all ๐Ÿ˜Š sorry for this silly question but what does the 4 stripes mean next to the diamond ๐Ÿ’Ž mean I see most big accounts have this. Would appreciate the answer ๐Ÿ˜‚

  25. 2:40 whata sub 1000 elo blunder. Most 1500+ won't be so noob. Some of them are drunk or drugged

  26. Was Nelson ill? He looks different from how I remember him several months ago.

  27. Next one has to be nelson lopez play the rue lopez against nelson bot

  28. 20:37 the opponent has 8 minutes on the clock and blunders his queen in 3 seconds. It always blows my mind how fast some of these people try to play…

  30. Why didn't Peter push his pawn up to take blacks hanging nlknight and force queen move?

  31. nelson: i don't really like to play these boring openings, but it will get interesting later
(literally 3 moves later): wow, this is a wild position

  32. The science of when exactly it is a good idea to 'go with your gut' is called heuristics and it has been studied extensively by Daniel Kahnemann. It's interesting to read about too because Dr. Kahnemann is a great author and pretty hilarious for a scientist.

  33. Anyone found the video that goes into explaining more around the strategy of that wild last game?

  34. I like your rating climb videos. Its really relaxing and you learn something on top

  35. Great adjustment Nelson. I imagine it's been hard to keep your form up while playing down. Good luck with your health!
