I don’t know what your funds are, but a bigger production where you visit different Pubs around the U.K where there’s Chess could be good for the Chess Community, and your channel. All you would need is a camera man, and an editor. On the cheaper ends there’s really not a lot you can do with Chess, though you could perhaps make a second channel with focus on another one of your hobbies maybe ? Changing your focus slightly could give you some fresh ideas.
